Project Coordinator/Salesperson
Position Description
This is a residential in home sales position. The position involves meeting with homeowners, conducting estimates, executing contracts and maintaining a professional level of customer service before, during and after project installation. The position will be the primary point of contact for the customer and will act as liaison between the customer and the company. The rep will set their own hours and have complete control over their schedule with the exception of training days and meeting days.
We are one of the area's largest installers of decks, fences and paver patios. Furthermore, we are the #1 installer of Azek and Timbertech decking products in the entire state of Maryland. Field Support and Service Manager

Job duties may include include but are not limited to:
-Quality control/spot check projects under construction
-Review service requests on site with customers
-Provide main office with job progress status and reports from the field
-Assist with job scheduling
-Develop material lists/take-off's for individual jobs
-Provide field support to crews
-Verify deliveries/credits with vendors
Additional administrative tasks will include:
-Scanning documents
-Light data entry
-Communicating by phone or email with project coordinators/crews/customers
-Submitting digital pictures with reports for review
